After enjoying 10 successful years at selling Real Estate, Julie fully understands how to “play the game” when selling your home or property. Julie has a keen understanding and insider knowledge, that can only be obtained by having had years of experience of selling Real Estate. Leading from the front, this is also the standard that she has set for her Team. Julie has an acute understanding of all of the different variables and options available when selling. This, combined with a passion for negotiation and getting the Seller the absolute best result, means a stress free sales process for her clients. Committed to the Real Estate industry being one of transparency, integrity and honesty, Julie will work with the Agents to achieve this outcome, but always be working for you.
Julie is also the Founding Director of Melbourne Buyer Agents, Buyers Home Base. Buyers Home Base provide a flat fee buyers advocacy service for persons looking to buy a new house or investment property.
When Julie is not hard at work running Property Home Base or helping you find your ideal property, you will find her travelling with her husband to visit her children and grandchildren, playing with their dog Jazzy, or enjoying good food, wine and music with friends.
Alan has worked for over 20 years in Executive, Senior Management and Consulting roles with both local and global enterprises. He now brings this wealth of knowledge, and management expertise to Property Home Base. Alan manages all of our systems, tools and processes that support the Advocates in delivering the best possible service to our clients. Keeping up with developments, maintenance, changes in technology, legislative changes, client requirements and our commitment to continued growth…. is what keeps Alan busy.
Alan is also the Managing Director of Melbourne Buyer Agents, Buyers Home Base. Buyers Home Base provide a flat fee buyers advocacy service for persons looking to buy a new house or investment property.
When Alan is not working on the continual development of Property Home Base, you will find him at the footy, working on his property or with a glass of wine in his hand.
