At Property Home Base, Seller Advocacy is free to you, the seller. It might sound too good to be true, but know that our Seller Advocates do get paid. While there is no extra cost to you as our client, we will receive a part of your real estate agent’s commission.
Commission sharing is a transparent and common practice in the real estate industry — and it means you receive all the practical support you need whilst keeping your costs low. Typically, your selling agent will charge between 1%-2.3% sales commission once your property sells. Seller Advocacy service providers will take a fee from that commission.
Know that, when you partner with Property Home Base, you’ll never be surprised with an inflated commission rate. We have a strict policy against this practice, to avoid any conflicts of interest and higher costs to you.
